Christian Testing Laboratories, Inc., (CTL) was
established in 1951 by Herbert M. Christian, and
Incorporated in 1966. On February 1, 1998
Christian, Carmichael & Associates, Inc. (CCI
established in 1988), merged with CTL, producing an

test results on all South Alabama projects. The office
has a project geotechnical engineer to manage all of the
branch's engineering and testing projects.
